New Loon Babies….just hatched

this past Monday was a great morning….after watching  and waiting for nearly a month, the loons hatched their chicks this past week on my favorite pond nearby.   I visitly faithfully the last few days to assure i was on hand for the hatch and with a little luck, was there right at the hatch. Loons are amazing birds, and incredible parents.  In a few weeks, MooseMan will be posting new images from this year’s action in the “Loon photos” section of the website……Here is a sneek peek….ENJOY…
